HOW IT WORKS

    Send us your product, we’ll photograph it, then retouch and color correct the images.

    If you are local and would like to drop off your products, you are welcome to sit for the session. (optional)

    You will receive a free online gallery with all your products. This gallery remains private and will only be accessible by you. All images can be downloaded in High Resolution Full Images for best preview.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you purchase your monthly membership package, you will receive a contract. This contract is to be signed by all parties participating in the membership. Product images will remain private in an online gallery accessible only for the owner of the membership. The contract will have information on shipping, dropping off, attending a session while we photograph your products, studio location, studio availability and more.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT

After the first invoice you receive to make your first payment, you will receive a recurring invoice on the same day every month until you cancel your membership. You will have a late-window period of 5 days before you are charged a late fee of $10. If the invoice is not paid after a month, we will cancel your membership.


STUDIO AVAILABILITY: LOCAL - DROP OFFS ONLY
You may contact me via email, phone, socials and get available time slots for your products. When you have item(s) ready to be photographed get in contact for a date to come in the studio. We are open 7 days a week with limited times during the day.

SHIPPING PRODUCTS:
To start please place your order with the request form below. After you submit you will receive the contract and a confirmation with instructions on where to ship your items and your order number which will be part of the address. Carefully pack up all the items that you need to photograph and ship them to us via UPS/FedEx or USPS. Pay special attention to the products you send; ensureany labels are straight, and the product is in excellent condition.
SHIPPING ITEMS BACK:
If you want your items returned we do ship them back. We can either ship back on your UPS or FedEx Account, or Bill you for return shipping via UPS/FedEx. Please note we do not return items via USPS unless you provide a return label. You may also include a return label for UPS or FedEx. If you do not want your items returned, let us know, and we will either dispose your product at your request or donate reusable items. Let us know what you intend to have us do with your products within 30 days after your photoshoot (return, dispose, donate), or we will dispose of them for you.

 FAQs

 

  • We offer hand, foot and other partial-body model-shots at a extra cost of $50 per session. We currently do not offer photos with full-body models.

  • We shoot all clothing flat without any mannequins or people.

  • We do offer a selection lifestyle photos. Please contact us and let us know what lifestyle shot you have in mind, and we will let you know if that is something we can shoot for you and provide a estimate. If you want to include props with your photo, please contact us as well. When possible to save on costs please send us the props. We can also custom source props. Photos with multiple props and lifestyle photos are custom quoted.

  • We require a membership payment once a month. You pick or choose when to shoot your products within the month. You get unlimited sessions with the membership. Each membership package includes an amount of products you’re allowed to ship/drop off. When your shoot is complete we will email you proofs and you get to choose which 2-3 angles you like from each product. Images will be unedited, but will have a watermark right in the center. Once you favorite the images, I will go and edit the selected images.

  • We do not charge per image, we charge a monthly membership fee for flexibility. Our pricing list is listed above.

  • With each membership package is different. We take different angles of each product and you get to choose your favorite 2-3 angle images. If you need help deciding how many photos you need, please contact us and we can help guide you based on your product-type. We always recommend at least 2-3 photos of each product-item. Product Photos help sell your items and having more than 1 photo can help increase your conversion rates and bottom line.

    We photograph your product from a distance and close up, you will have the choice to pick which one you prefer.

  • Absolutely. The majority of our customers sell on Etsy in addition to their own websites. We are familiar with Etsy specs and all orders include files ready for upload to Etsy, as well as all of the popular e-commerce platforms and webstores.

  • Yes, we work with customers from around the world. As long as you are able to ship us your items, we can be your product photographers. UPS and FedEx shipments reach us within 2-4 business days from all across the country. Once your items arrive the rest of the process is all electronic. You will be able to review proofs once ready and then download your files.

  • As soon as your product photography shoot is done:

    We email you proofs in an online gallery to review and you must favorite 2-3 different angle images of each product.

    We email you a download link for your files. That same link can be forwarded to your designer, or anyone else on your team that needs access to your photos. Files will include a Full Size JPG image that can be used on Amazon, Webstores, and for Print. If you require any other formats just let us know.

  • We encourage all customers to email us any special instructions prior to your photo shoot so we have the best opportunity to deliver proofs that you meet your expectations the first time around. Once you get your proofs you can view all your product photos and either approve your order, or requests reshoots, or touch ups. Most revisions are free. However, additional charges may apply in the event that your request deviates from your original instructions. Extra charges will go through you for approval.

    If you are still not happy with the results, you may opt to cancel your order at this point before any files are delivered to you. You would simply be liable for any return shipping costs. For new clients or first-time orders, we reserve the right to process a small number of product pictures for approval before photographing your entire order. This ensures you are happy with our service before we complete your entire order.
